If for some reason the goods do not suit you, you can refuse them at any time before the transfer of the order to the courier company for shipment, and after the transfer within 14 days.
You can return products, provided that they have not been used, their packaging is intact, and they are still in their original condition.
You can exchange purchased goods for the same product or for another with an identical value or higher. In the second case, you pay the difference in the cost of the goods.
If you do not wish to replace one item with another, you will receive your money back (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days.
The company reserves the right to refuse to return goods if the packaging of is damaged, with the exception of goods that were damaged during transportation due to the fault of the Seller.
If the item was purchased during a promotion, then the return reflects this value.
The refund period is no more than 10 days from the moment the seller receives a written application and returns the goods.
The Buyer pays for the return shipping of goods of inadequate quality, but after receiving it, the company will reimburse these costs to the Buyer’s Coral Wallet.

COURIER SERVICE "SMARTPOST"
The order is delivered to a postal machine or post office.
Delivery is carried out daily on weekdays. If the payment for the order is received after 13:00, it is transferred to the courier service the next day.
Delivery cost to the parcel machine:
The parcel will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice. You will receive an SMS notification of the arrival of the parcel at the machine. The parcel can be picked up any day within 24 hours.
Cost of delivery:
Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Delivery cost to the post office:
The package will be delivered to the post office of your choice. You will receive an SMS notification of the arrival of the parcel at the post office. The parcel can be picked up during the opening hours of the post office.
After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the track number of the order, which you should enter it in the parcel tracking field on the website.
Change the delivery date and address within your locality by calling your local SMARTPOST office. You can find the address of the nearest SMARTPOST branch and its contacts on the website.

It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.
In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.
Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.
You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.
Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.
